Evaporated Apples are prepared from sound, properly ripened fruit which has been washed, peeled and cored, sorted, trimmed, cut in dices and properly dehydrated to not more than 22 to 24% moisture by weight.
Moisture level can be adjusted upon customer request
Product can be used as ingredient for the Baking and Fruit Preps Industries.
